First room they gave me was so dirty, sheets had blood, no toilet paper the air conditioner did not work and it was 90 some degrees outside, carpet was dirty tv was not working, had him change me rooms, 2nd room was dirt as well ceiling there was a huge whole, like if there was a water coming down from there, they never repaired it, the door was very hard to close so i felt very unsafe, baby crying people yelling, it was my daughter and myself that stayed, was very unhappy I do not recommend this room to no one.

NO WAY!

The pictures were deceiving. It appeared to be a decent hotel. A group of 7, we got 2 rooms. I walked into my room, the heat bursted out the door as soon as I opened it. Rich with the scent of dog urine. It’s pet friendly, but whoever had pets was not. They picked the feces off the floor but left whatever stuck to the carpet. I have never seen anything as disgusting. My mom came in. She ended up getting us about her room. It was even worse with the smell. We opened the windows hoping to air it out. We all rode in silence to get dinner. All in shock. As we came too we realized we are not that desperate to accept those conditions. We got back. I walked into my mom’s room and I was shocked at how disturbingly stained her carpet was. Not an area of the carpet was unstained. I’m not even exaggerating when I say we couldn’t even take our shoes off in there. Back to airing out the rooms it actually seemed worse. It was appalling. My mom’s room actually had blood on the wall and a used bar of soap in the bathroom. I don’t know what kind of operation they are running but hotels.com needs to take this off the site.

This place should be condemned. Vomit on the bed blanket, old food in the fridge opened containers in the shower, dity carpets a/c only had a fan, no cooling. My wife slept with her clothes on for fear of disease

Had two rooms. One of the entry doors to our room was hard to shut, the door didn’t line up with the door jam so had to slam it shut just to close it. The toilet in one of the rooms was broken on the seat and you had to hold the handle to flush it. The shower did not drain well so you were standing in water to almost the calves with hardly any time being in the shower. There was mold, mildew under the air conditioner. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby although it is a smoke free place.

Property didn't look like the pictures posted. Got there and the first room was stained and dirty. Toilet wouldn't flush. Got moved to their "best room" .. once in the room there were holes in the bathroom doors, window glass was falling out of the opening to the outside of the property. Bed sheets were stained as well as the chairs in the room for sitting. Strong urine odor in bathrooms of both rooms. Receptionist was nice and understood the concern. He mentioned he has told the owner about these issues before and they do not care or make any changes. Receptionist was honest and tried to help as much as he could. Property owner is to blame for how this all was. Other guest were trying to also leave due to the same issues. Place should be shut down.
