DO NOT STAY HERE! We were in town for work and we booked 5 nights. We left on day 3 due to a long term resident of the hotel being killed in a room 2 doors down from ours. We returned to the hotel on day 2 of our trip to find 2 police units in the lobby speaking to a women. We didnt think much of it and we went to our room. Upon returning to the hotel the next day we couldn't get into the lobby because there were 2 police units and a CSI unit blocking the entrance. We pulled around to the side door and went in. The CSI officer was headed down our hallway and entered a room 2 doors down from ours. We went to the lobby to speak to the front desk agent and I could hear her on the phone in the office telling someone that "No one is allowed to talk about what happened or who it was or they would get fired." This made us feel very unsafe as if they were covering something up so the hotel/manager didnt get in trouble. We immediately found another hotel and I contacted Expedia to get a refund and the hotel manager told expedia that they have a VERY strict no refund policy! Well I'm sorry but I have a VERY strict no staying in a crime scene policy! I fear for the safety of anyone who stays at this hotel.
