Quiet and comfortable

The hotel was great. I love the efficiency part of the room. The WiFi wasn’t that great but the room was quiet and the dog fee was only $10 which made us very happy.

It was ok for the most part had an emergency an had to leave I live in the neighboring state of Nebraska but what I didn't like was the fact that they charge people from different state a Security deposit of $150 cause we don't reside in Iowa.

It was exactly as expected. We arrived at 1am, and the front desk receptionist was kind and quick to help us check in and get to bed.

Located right next to a huge movie theater, we stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of noise from the parking lot. Nice pool area and kitchenette in room with full size fridge. They had coffee with cream and sugar in the morning, which I was grateful for. You can get breakfast for extra charge if you order the night before, and they have a bunch of drinks, snacks and items for sale ala carte at the front desk. Beds were comfortable and a/c was working. Decent bathroom and good water pressure.

Picked hotel because the room accommodated 5 people according to their advertisement. I should not have assumed but did assume there would be a pull out or something for our 5th adult. There were two queen beds only. When I called down and asked how 5 adults were to sleep in this room the manager replied “that’s up to you.” The manager did bring us a cot after we requested it and we were charged $15. No biggie. The manager was insistent we were checking in to a NONSMOKING room and the whole third floor where we stayed completely wreaked of marijuana usage - bad - and our room had a terrible musty, dirty smell. There were hairs on the sheets so we slept atop the bedspread with a blanket. Housekeeping was quite poor. The best thing about our stay was the water pressure in the shower. Would not stay here again. Highly discouraged!

Everything was ok except the dryer wasn’t working. I put my money in and nothing. The women at the front desk couldn’t refund my money without talking to her boss. She did offer to dry my clothes in the hotel dryer, which I really appreciated.

FULL SIZE FRIDGE two burner stove toaster cabinets microwave Great for families on a budget or an extended stay. I personally think they should go sales and get skillets pots and pans but people would probably steal them:( This would really boost the reservations nice quiet clean will stay again!!
