If you just need a place to stay this is a good place. It had a shower that I almost fell in because there's no shower treads. But overall the property was dirty

for the low cost was great, and the TV system worked very well, and was fantastic. Way better than the Quilty Inn in Council Bluffs.

Bed was dirty first room, switched to second room, didnt have fridge or microwave when i paid extra to have it, staff was nice and friendly, pool was also closed whols time which is one reason i also booked, sucks but oh well.

I suppose it could have been worse. They appear to be doing and offering the bare minimum. Pool was also closed, not that I would have gotten in it based on the level of upkeep on the rest of the property.
