When i checked in the person at the desk acted annoyed that i rang the bell. The room ended up being more than what it was said to be on the website. When i got in the room it was freezing, i had to have the heat cranked all the way to keep it warm in the room. The floor was dirty. No microwave or fridge. No remote for the tv, i had to go to the desk and ask for one and was looked at like i was annoying him again. There was a dog barking in the hall in the early morning.

Had to wait at check in counter for 20 minutes before he came. He was rude and not very polite. We didn’t even stay there had to go get a room somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

No remote in room and when we asked for a remote we were told they had none so we couldnt even watch the tv. The heater wasn't working, so we wiggled aroumd the exposed wiring on the floor until it kicked on.

Well the fact th as t its a meat freezer outside they said i had to check out n leave property if i continued to pay online renind u thats not wat i was told at the beginning i was informed 3days later...became inconvient and uncomfortable especially after a prior longterm resident says they never wer told to do such s thing so i i bvb stantly felt discriminated and im disabled
