The room we were given was definitely not the cleanest. The drain in the shower was very slow. The noise from the hallway was excessive. There was a breezeway door just down the hallway that rattled our room door Everytime it was opened, which was a lot all night long. Rooms in this wing of the hotel should not be full price.

Most staff were excellent. Sunday breakfast staff didn't keep up with the demand. Our room was too close to the doors to the pool and they slammed so many times until about 12:30 AM. Other guests were loud and seemed to stand close to our door and just hold loud conversation well past midnight. The bathroom needed a new shower rod and for it to be straight. The grout in the shower could've used more attention. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was a challenge.
