3 ice machine in this hotel at 1 per each floor. 2 of the ice machine were out of service and not working or hotel has no plan on getting this repair. The rest is self explanatory as it goes to show how they really care about your stay.

Great hotel! Breakfast was outstanding, so much to offer along with freshly ground coffee beans brewed for coffee. Beds comfortable and rooms decorated with a minimalist feel. Staff from front desk to breakfast staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would have give an excellent rating for every category except the hot tub was not working which was the one thing I was looking forward to enjoying.

OK for a quick stop

This hotel is less than a year old. Cosmetically it looks real godd. But I believe they skimped on building materials. We could hear footsteps and bathroom sounds from next door and above.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and had newly renovated and updated rooms and baths. The bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was delicious, as well! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Council Bluffs!

Not a good time to stay

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so there was a weird smell the entire time. Plus, I have about a dozen bed bug bites on me from the bed. They didn’t clean up our room either. No beds made. Only new towels dropped off.

About 10 min from zoo/downtown omaha, 2 min from I-29 convenient for all the places we vistid in the week. Remodeling going on but didnt effect our stay. Breakfast attendant reccomended a great park to take our kids to. No bathtub for the kids (toddlers) was a challenge, shower only. Also the sink was pretty high and the soap was about 3 feet away, also a challenge w/kids. Asked front desk for a step stool and all they had was a shower chair, but that worked. Will definitely stay again.
