The bed was comfortable, and my stay was fine, except for one thing.
I had an issue with the shower the next morning. I kept getting cold water when I turned it on. I discussed it with the front desk attendant, and she agreed I would wait, because the hot water may be intensively used by the guests at that time. After breakfast, I checked it again, and it was still ice cold. I washed my hands after using the bathroom, and the water in the sink was hot though—scalding even. I tried the shower again and it was still ice cold. Realizing the problem, I turned the temperature valve to the opposite side, (completely cold,) and I got scalding-hot water; so the plumbing was just installed backwards is all. No label. No warning sign. The staff on duty were not even aware. Fortunately, I was in no rush, or it could have been a problem.
Apparently, that was not the only plumbing issue, since they had to close the dining are early due to a clogged sink.
TL;DR: decent place and staff, but poor plumbing.
