The staff was friendly and efficient. Our stay was during a cold night. The heater was noisy and the blanket was way too thin. We had to use our jackets and bath towels to add extra warmth.

Upon arriving in room it smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes and animal urine. We were taken to another room that did not have the smells but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Not the clean night sleep we had hoped for.
