Charming Renovated Barn with Garden, 3 Ensuite Bedrooms, Near Le Mans

30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 15 km from Le Mans West, 4 km from the village, D88, 15 km from exit 8 (Le Mans Université) on the A11 motorway, 14 km from exit 1 (Sillé le Guillaume) on the A81 motorway. On the Route des Moulins (Mill Road), a former wheat barn has been restored into a gîte (holiday cottage) adjoining the owners' house and located on the upper floor. This fully renovated farmhouse blends local stone with contemporary architecture, nestled in a verdant setting near a deciduous forest.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and separate toilet.

Downstairs: shared living area with lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Beds are made upon arrival. Paved parking. Garden and landscaped grounds. Petanque court on site.
Towels available for rent, €10 per person.
A mandatory cleaning fee of €60 is payable upon booking or, if not booked, upon arrival at the cottage when you receive the keys.

Le lieu est vraiment super, les propriétaires très gentil, une propriété super bien entretenu, et le top : les salles de bain privatives pour chacune des 4 chambres proposées dans le gîte, nous y avons passé un super moment, nous recommandons sincèrement cet endroit calme et reposant.
