In the heart of the Loire Valley castles and close to Beauval Zoo, this detached house is set in the countryside on a 2,500 m² unfenced plot.

On the ground floor: spacious living room with wood-burning stove, lounge with two sofas, kitchen area with a restored bread oven, bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs: small mezzanine with sofa, first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, bathroom and separate toilet.
