Magnificent preserved rural & natural setting, nestled in the hollow of a bucolic valley of meadows, with in season the famous Charolais cows as neighbors, a stone's throw from the vineyards. Enchanting setting offering the possibility of observing wild fauna (wild boars, does, roe deer, foxes, badgers, etc.). Absolute tranquility close to Couches, charming medieval village perfectly preserved full of charm, located on the route of the old Roman road Agrippa, rich in many amenities & an exceptional heritage (including the sumptuous castle of the Queen of France Marguerite of Burgundy dating from the 13th century). Comfortable gîte. Warm country character, mixing tradition & modernity, combined with the exotic soul of an old residence. Large sheltered balcony-terrace, in the setting sun, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding pasture.
