Located 5 km from Terrasson (with all amenities) and 15 km from Brive, this 100 m² house sits next to another dwelling on a 300 m² enclosed plot with garden furniture, a barbecue, a swing, and a covered shelter.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living room/kitchen area with a wood-burning stove, the room's only source of heating.

Upstairs, there's a lounge with a pellet stove (also the only source of heating), a sofa bed (sleeps 120 cm), two additional sofas, and a foosball table. There's one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Heating is electric. Baby equipment includes a travel cot, a baby bath, a changing mat, and a potty. 1 high chair. A traditional Périgord-style stone house, 20 km from the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: In Montignac, visit the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art. In Les Eyzies-de-Tayac and the surrounding area: the Font-de-Gaume and Bara-Bahau caves, the Combarelles engravings, the Abri du Poisson (Fish Shelter), Bernifal, the Abri Pataud, Laugerie Haute, Laugerie Basse... not forgetting the National Museum of Prehistory and the Visitor Centre of the International Pole of Prehistory. 30 km from Sarlat, a designated 'City of Art and History', a town with exceptional architectural heritage (medieval houses and Renaissance mansions).
