The shared pool is only 20 meters away from the house. It's a chlorine pool which sizes 12 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.6 meters. Around the pool you will enjoy the summer weather on one of the sunbeds, sunbathe or read a book under the parasol. You will find well cared gardens around which lead to the house terrace. It counts with a dining table for 4 people under the arbour where you will be able to have lunch or dinner outdoors, or enjoy an delicious barbecue, while we watch the amazing gardens around. At the other side of the house you will find another gardened area where you can have breakfast or have a drink at sunset. The property is fenced and, although there are neighbours nearby, the atmosphere is peaceful. Privacy is partial, but the rural setting and the charm of agritourism guarantee an authentic and relaxed stay.

The house has 110 m2 distributed over two floors in a traditional architectural style but with all the modern comforts. As you enter you will find the living room where you can enjoy the satellite TV and a wood cooker for the cold days. It has access to the two terraces of the house. Next is the kitchen area, gas and with the basic equipment for holiday cooking. It is also the area that connects the living room with the dining room, which can seat 6 people and also has access to the terraces. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. There is a second bathroom on this floor with shower. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and central heating for the winter. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

This beautiful house is located within an ecological estate with more houses, separated from each other, an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will enjoy the well-kept gardens in this wonderful environment, which is also a starting point for sports enthusiasts. You can walk along the asphalted paths around the estate, go nordic-walking, jogging, cycling, horse riding, golf,.... You can enjoy the local gastronomy in the villages of the area such as Sineu, Inca, Costitx, as well as visit their weekly markets. Thanks to its central location, you can reach any point of the island in a very short time. The nearest beaches, such as Playa de Muro, are about 20 minutes away by car.

Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
