Excellent location, staff was professional, $25 to park outside and $10 resort fee add up on a stay, staff was knowledgeable, wonderful dog park and trail across the street from the hotel. Dog friendly, and guest friendly. One negative: the hotel states it doesn’t allow cigarette, vape, marijuana smoking in the hotel, rooms, patio and common areas. I had to move three times because of secondhand smoke from guests cigarettes, vape, and smoke marijuana. I finally moved away from Staybridge . I asked for my prepaid stay to be refunded. They had a responsibility to provide me a smoke free environment Staybridge broke their Re

Second time staying at this location. Second time there was some kind of issue with the room. Asked if there was another room I can switch to while they find a resolution, but, again, they said they are fully booked. I wish there was a way I can blacklist this location on my app so that I don't mistakenly choose it, but I think I won't be forgetting this location.

Room was nice, clean, no issues from a physical room experience. However, the one night i stayed was loud. Cars out front on the street, doors in the hall opening closing, and my room phone chirping randomly. There was a power outage overnight and the cable went out. I checkedin around 8p and checked out at 11am, almost half the time I was there the cable was out. I asked for some form of credit, zero compensation. I was one person on a personal stay, what else am I going to do in my room but have the TV on...they didnt have that. Furthermore, they charge $25 for parking and a $10 entertainment fee for activities around the property. Im there to sleep/shower/eat/hopefully relax....not play pool basketball or pickleball. Why am I paying for that? Just another corporate cash grab to nickle and dime guests. Does everyone pay for parking even if they dont park? Then why am I paying for activities Im not using. My experience will make me think twice before considering a stay at another Staybridge Suites. Payed around $260 for a subpar experience, but the room asthetically was nice, the rest of the stay has my questioning.
