I reserved a suite and when I called at 9:00pm on the day of arrival to let them know I would be checking in after 12:00am, I was told that they had to cancel my reservation because of a flood they had in the room I was supposed to get. I was then given a regular room not the suite. The room was very dated, and smelled of mildew very musty. The bathroom mirror and the shower curtain had stains all over. I will not be staying here ever again. Not to mention all the traffic and weird activity going on in the back half of the hotel.

I had to go downstairs to front desk to pick the items up… horrible customer service… one of the reasons I booked was breakfast was included.. no eggs and ne day another day they don’t even open… never will stay at any wyndham affiliated hotel….

The staff was nice and the room was good and clean when we checked in. There a few issues. When we checked in there was a light was not working and we immediately notified the front desk. But in our 5 days there it was never fixed. Then we were told the maids would refresh our room once during our stay if we picked a day and notified the front desk. We did that but the maids never came. And for breakfast on our first morning there was a note “Sorry for the inconvenience but there will be no sausages.” No big deal. But then for the next 4 days each morning there was a sign “Sorry for the inconvenience but there are no eggs.” There literally was a grocery store across the street. Clearly the owners didn’t care to fix the situation for the guests.

The staff was very nice checking me in. The pre-check in was easy. Self check out easy. The room was meh. Outdated a bit and smelled strongly of smoke. Very loud. Lots of barking dogs. Could hear walking around upstairs. For the price, I suppose it was decent. But I definitely had high expectations based on the pictures and reviews.
