Room condition was OK. Staff were nice. We changed our room due to a very loud and crazy next-door room guest. The 1st room had a very noisy toilet flush which was annoying to use in the middle of night. We stayed 3 days. The last day, hot tub was not clean and warm enough. The main reason I gave 3 stars is taking care of the drunk guy (kicking him out of hotel through cop's involvement) that made us very uncomfortable.

While the hotel shows a bit of its age, its recently renovated rooms offer a fresh and comfortable stay. The warm, friendly staff and spotless rooms made us feel right at home, and its convenient location made it effortless to explore the area. A special shoutout to the front desk team who stayed up late to check us in, held onto our luggage after checkout, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
