A.C. was fine, parking was good too. Staff was friendly as well. Microwave at the lobby was always dirty. Room had many roaches in it, the covers were dirty, there were blood stains on the bathroom door, there were holes on the wall next to the bathroom and the stairs were full of dog piss.

Holes on the wall covered with what seemed like toilet paper.

I arrived friday 24th oct 2025 430 pm .i was in room on bottom complex .i went un packed. Tv didnt work guy couldn't fix. Move me to 2nd floor i stayed first nite i noticed the door jamb in bathroom and other side were rotted from water damage .but ok toilet slowly drain. Saturday the ac quit working .i had move again to another room.at this point its rediculas. Sunday morning. Im leaving early in morning so i go to get a coffee well no coffee guy was on his phone playin games.said wait ill make some so i just left. What a really bad place ! I thought wyndam was better then this . Its really run down and very nasty oh also there was a cockroach in the bathroom i hope this place goes down .oh i forgot no lightbulbs in some lamps. I guess dont want u see stuff. The bed spread had a 1 inch hole cery tacky.windows very dirty bed was not comfortable just a crappy place all happened during whats supposed to be great for our family my daughter was married long weekend to be a sucked place

Parking was fine , ac was fine .Hotel has roaches I’m like 100 percent positive the whole building has them because I had counted at least 10 we had to kill but we ended up checking out at 3am . Service was great just that hotel needs to be checked and remodeled . Families probably don’t even realize there’s roaches etc .

Breakfast was really non-existent. No dairy, no yogurt. No bagels, no oatmeal: NO fresh fruit; standard waffle batter waffles, and packaged danish. No cereal. and only juice from machines; no butter for the waffles, powdered creamer for the coffee. Certainly not on par for the Wyndham brand. This building needs to be condemned. The bathrooms are moldy and everything is filthy. Horrible sheets and pillows. The guy at the front desk put us in the wrong room. We had to go back. The rooms are filthy and disgusting. Again. Really, really substandard for the brand. Awful

It was extremely dirty, the bed sheets were dirty with stains along with the pillows bathroom was dirty. Tried to have them change rooms and they declined I will never stay there again or book through your site the pictures are fake the hotel looks nothing as how it is advertised.

We were not impressed at all, when we walked in the smell of strong bleach filled the room, there was permanent stains on the bathroom sink, and a burn mark on the bed if I had the time to go to another place i would of , but we were passing through and the complimentary breakfast was the worst, we walked in and walked out.
