1) Make the office sign more visible and obvious during your construction. Clean the office while working there, it looks like a rat’s nest. 2) I called the reception to report that the hot water ran out while filling the jetted tub. The response that it’s because a lot of people are using the hot water in the building because it’s cold outside is absolutely unacceptable. Do you really think people are that stupid? You should refund us since we paid for a room with the tub and the hot water kept us having to wait 3hrs to fill it. And once filled, the bubbles were forming this thick BROWN foam on top, absolutely disgusting. Seriously? Please reach out to me for a refund.

Great room! They have a bar right there and the hotel was updated and clean. One thing I would say you can hear other rooms and it made it a bit harder to sleep. Other than that would stay again

The staff is insanely accommodating, and they’re always on top of everything. Onsite bar which is crazy convenient. Rooms are always clean. If you’re still browsing for spot to stay at near Costa Mesa, stop and book here.

WiFi is reliable for zoom meetings if you have plenty of those! Rooms are for sure aesthetic, and there’s a bar onsite to blow off some steam after a long day. Highly recommend this spot!

No phone to contact staff. Check in was in one of the rooms of the hotel. Construction mess everywhere. No ice machine that worked. Room was remodeled, but, did not have a coffee maker, clothes closet, dresser drawers or hooks or hangers to hang towels or clothes. I would not stay there again until the remodeling is complete. The price of the room ($108) I thought was too high for all the negatives encountered.
