A short distance away is Grottammare, one of the most famous seaside resorts on the Riviera delle Palme, known for its fine sandy beaches, palm-lined promenade, and charming old village overlooking the sea. A little further south you reach San Benedetto del Tronto, a lively tourist resort with bathing establishments, restaurants, shops and night clubs.
For nature lovers, the Sentina Nature Reserve, a protected area along the Adriatic coast, is also worth a visit, ideal for walking and observing the local flora and fauna. The property is fully fenced and has an independent entrance with an automatic gate, moreover this area has video surveillance; from here, the entry gate an avenue leads directly to the villa.

Outside the villa there is a pleasant terrace fitted out with tables and chairs, perfect for alfresco lunches and dinners, sunset aperitifs or simply to relax while admiring the surrounding landscape.

a modern kitchen composed of a large central island, fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine;
a bright air-conditioned sunroom, an additional convivial space to experience any time of day;
2 double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower and large panoramic balcony.

The kind and helpful owner lives in a portion of the villa located on the basement floor with independent access, thus guaranteeing discretion and respecting the guests’ privacy. Its presence represents an added value for those who wish to enrich their holiday with personalized services: in fact, upon request, she makes herself available to organize breakfasts, lunches, dinners, convivial evenings and other events designed to make your stay even more enjoyable.
