Check-in person was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy and the room was easily accessible. Everything was clean and well designed. The room was quiet and the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Check-out was quick and easy as well. We will be back. This is my third stay here.

If you could give zero starts, that would still be too many. The Manager of the front desk was quite possibly the rudest person I have encountered ever at a front desk. I only hope that as she ages she encounters people that offer much more grace than she demonstrated to others.

The ladies working on the evening shift were so welcoming and nice. The hotel has a very comfortable, bright & peaceful lobby. (I studies there for about 4 hours.) Coffee and tea available in the breakfast room. Rooms were clean and bedding was like that of a more expensive hotel.

Great from start to finish. I was traveling for work for my coffee business and was glad I stayed here. Check in was quick and easy. Cassie and Cassandra were very helpful and gave me amazing service while I was here. My room was nice and clean. Breakfast food and area was nice as well.
