We had a great experience! The kind you can only wish for. It’s not always easy traveling with (a bunch) of young children but the staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. The two women at the front desk, the housekeeper, and the woman in charge of breakfast were all so kind and friendly. They did not seem annoyed at all by an entire girls youth basketball team and made us feel welcomed and helped the girls have soo much fun.

Clean and pretty lobby. Doors were locked when we came to check in late which made the place feel safe and secure. Staff was attentive and kind. The room was decent. A smart tv so we could log into our streaming services would have been nice because we didn’t bring our fire stick. The breakfast could have been better. The vegetarian options for savory protein were limited and the toaster was not working well. However, the staff serving breakfast was very kind and deserves a shoutout for taking care of us on Christmas.

The room was comfortable. The staff who checked us in was absolutely amazing! She was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good although they did not have as many options it was all freshly made and good quality. Definitely will stay here if in the area.
