One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast is great and they serve homemade soup every late afternoon along with cookies. Staff are great and hot tub was wonderful.

100% happy with our stay- the ladies at breakfast really gave us a great experience- the front desk staff also a 10 but the best quality I can highlight from this hotel is the cleanliness everywhere around- we saw staff constantly cleaning all the guests amenities- we will be back next time in Albany
