My husband and I stayed for three nights in the Apartment on the Ranch near Corvallis in early March. We found the apartment to be as much as we hoped for and more. The setting is so quiet and peaceful. In the mornings, after a cup of coffee, I would take walks with some birds, the horses watching and the amazing mountain views for company. The apartment space is so comfortable with everything we could imagine we might need, and actually much more space than anticipated. We were in the area for a high school basketball tournament, and found this provided a perfect escape after the loud noises in the gyms. We so appreciated a place to do homecooked meals (kitchen is stocked so well). A bonus was the variety of amazing Montana books to peruse and the decor was so fun. Thank you so much for making this space possible!

I hate to say too many nice things because I don’t need this host property to be full when I travel to the Bitterroot but… It is clean, beyond wonderful. comfortable bed, cozy towels, kitchen has everything I have ever needed, heater air conditioner both work when needed and overall one of the best properties I have stayed at.The potholes in the road have been fixed so it is smooth driving. The views are beautiful.One of the things I really like is how well I sleep when I am there. It is quiet and restful.I hope Katie will continue to offer this property and allow me to stay

We came to town to experience the Bitter Root valley and check out properies. This rental provided a great base camp for our adventures, and a place to retreat to for much needed rest between excursions. 100% would recomend this loction to friends and family.

The ranch apartment was wonderful. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and very clean. An extra bonus were the two horses outside the bedroom windows. A lovely place to stay.

Amazing stay - Katie’s place was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Just the drive to the place alone was majestic, with insane mountain view’s of the bitterroot valley. The place had everything you’d need and more - super equipped beautiful kitchen, the bathroom was luxurious - dual shower heads with a beautiful, spacious stoned floor. The towels were also super soft and plentiful - I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a place that had linens this fine. This is the perfect oasis to come home to after an adventure. Katie was also super friendly, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. I can’t say enough about how great this stay was. I’d visit the area just to be able to stay here again.

The stay was GREAT! I arrived in the evening. The directions were accurate and easy to follow. I had no trouble entering. Katie had left a light and the radio on for me.The VRBO was as advertised. It was immaculate with crisp clean linen. I really liked that Katie had several different pillows so I had a choice. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet. There is great parking right outside so easy in and out. There is also a nice patio with furniture that I enjoyed.This VRBO exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.The only negative, which has nothing to do with Katie and her property, is the road. The road was good except for the last half mile which is mostly gravel with lots of potholes. Katie said it is to be fixed this week.Thanks Katie!

I loved staying here. This is a beautiful home with spectacular mountain and sunset views. Katie was very nice to the grandchildren and was always available if we needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked and parking was easy. The garden and the horses were a plus.

Beautiful property that felt secluded away from it all. The unit was spotless & had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful & the living room was very cozy. My only surprise was the last 1/4 Mile of road before the turnoff for the property was extremely rough with potholes. But once I was aware, I just took it slow. Overall, a beautiful property I would love to stay in again.
