Villa Elda

Villa Elda is an absolutely delightful 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom property, built using the traditional stone typical of this area of Tuscany. Its location in the mountains above Cortona offers breathtaking views of the valley.<br>The property consists of two separate buildings: the main house and a nearby annex. The main house has two floors; on the first floor, there is a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and an additional sitting room with access to the garden and the outdoor pool. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; one of these bedrooms opens onto an outdoor terrace. The annex, just a short walk away, is also two stories. The first floor features a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper floor has another bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. All bedrooms have double beds.
