This hotel is FANTASTIC, has an elevator for disabled people. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE, staff was INCREDIBLE. Only complaint would be showers are a little small and water is not very hot.

Nice enough hotel in a good location. Breakfast was standard for type of hotel. However, despite booking the Piccolo hotel, we were actually in the San Michele which was a bigger hotel than we were looking for. There was no entrance to the Piccolo or reception or breakfast room, just the rooms, it seems. Should be clearer on booking sites as we walked past the San Michele a few times before someone came out to let us know.

We were able to drive up to the door and leave our car with staff. Staff was amazing. Breakfast had many options and always replenished. It is right off the main piazza. Would stay again for sure!

Veldig hyggelig betjening på hotellet. Og beliggenheten er midt i blinken! Men rommet var veldig slitt og senga var helt forferdelig! Var som å ligge rett på gulvet. Sov dermed elendig. Frokosten var faktisk grei på dette hotellet. Italienere er jo ikke gode på frokost, men her var det litt å velge i.

Alloggio presso Hotel San Michele, camera al quarto piano con ascensore che arriva fino al secondo e poi 3 rampe di scale di cui una un pochino scomoda nel salire e scendere, meglio chiedere se può andar bene prima di assegnare la stanza. Consiglio di mettere nel bagno tappeto per doccia, portasciugamani lavandino e buste per assorbenti. Tendina del lucernario in bagno rott Nel complesso buono ottima posizione centralissima. Personale gentile.

Una soluzione buona e non costosa in pieno centro.
