Paid extra for the jacuzzi tube in response to Expedia option.
The morning after we arrived went to draw the tub for my disabled, arthritic wife. Looked high and low for the lever/device that would turn the tub from a shower to a jacuzzi tub. None in the bathroom, in the room, elsewhere, gave up.
Later in the day went to the desk asking for a partial refund because the feature I had paid for was not present. Response at the desk was 1.) Can't do it because it was purchased. from Expedia. 2.). The guy at the desk opened what appeared to be a junk drawer, threw a plastic disk towards me: "this is a big one." Didn't look sterile, how could I have known where it came from? 3.) Then a more formal appearing desk person arrived and said that should have come down from the room and asked for a stopper. Then she said that any adjustment would have to be made through the manager, who wouldn't be in the facility until the next morning, "although I don't know what time."
Unbelievable that a upgraded feature would not be available. If you are choosing a room, don't go for the tease.
