PROMOTION ‘La nocciolina’ - cosy attic room in the old town centre
Delightful little attic room in the heart of the historic centre of Cortemilia, Borgo San Michele, at the foot of the famous medieval tower. The recently renovated room has been equipped with every comfort and furnished with great attention to detail, combining the modernity of the cooking area and bathroom with rustic, retro components that take guests back to the atmosphere of times gone by.
The mansard is located on the fourth floor, up to the third floor you can use the lift.

In order to safeguard the safety of guests, gas installations were abolished during the recent renovation of the room and replaced by: hot water boiler, convector heater for air conditioning (summer/winter) induction cooker.
An electric anti-condensation fan with automatic time-controlled switch-off was installed in the bathroom.
A smoke detector is present.

The central location is strategic for leaving the car behind and going on foot or by bicycle into the nature of the surrounding hills, or through the streets of the village in search of history and traditions, shopping in the numerous shops, and savouring the excellent food and wine that characterise the Langhe.
Within a few steps from the mansarda there is a large concentration of shops, businesses and services that can satisfy almost every guest's need: restaurants (bar, pizzeria, restaurant, bar-pastry shop, wine-bar), grocery shops and food and wine specialities, tobacconists, souvenirs, handicrafts and gifts, stationery, jewellers, shoe, clothes and sports shops; a laundry, hairdresser, flowers and plants, photographer, post office, bank.
