Clean modern rooms. Quiet location. Main problem I had was bright overhead light in bathroom that was on a motion detector and came on if you went in to use the facility in the middle of the night. A soft nightlight would have been much better and much less offensive

I banged my funny bone on a weirdly installed soap dish in the shower. My little pinky is still frozen and numb and I have difficulties picking up stuff sometimes with my left hand went to the doctor and they did test then I got nerve damage now.

Very nice motel with so much parking space. We booked the accesible room, it was spacious. The cleanliness was a little problem, the floor in the bathroom had some dirt on it and in the room they definitely didn't clean under the AC unit. The receptionist was very nice and polite. They had a coffee machine in the room and a fancy water dispenser at the office, which was excellent. Nice shops and restaurants were in walking distance.

Went for a budget friendly weekend getaway. The Evergreen is near a lot of good food. The staff is friendly. There's also a water bottle refill station in the lobby. I'd love to go again soon!
