Spacious room, open concept, with kitchenette, fridge, range, and microwave. Full set of plates, pots & pans, glasses. Important missing tool was a big (or medium size) sharp knife. Coffee maker and kettle with set of teas and coffee to your taste. Good sturdy chairs and a shaky table for kitchenette (should say a patio table), TV, electric heating, and A/C. Washing machine and drying rack.
Nice patio set in the front of the unit with big umbrella and chairs. Two additional folding chairs inside.
Super high-speed Wi-Fi and wide desk space for your laptop.
Bathroom is OK and there is a hair drier, but no power outlet in bathroom to plug it in. No hooks for towels in bathroom, no shelves for toiletry, no soap in shower, no garbage can. Only one shower towel per person, no hand towels, and no face towels. You take the shower and use the same towel for your body and face. The bathroom door slides with great difficulty. Total lack of maintenance.
In general, everything is more or less in working condition, but very much warned out. Huge crack in the toilet tank, chunks missing from the countertop. The kitchen light was not working, and later the bathroom light stopped working. I bought a new bulb, but the problem was in the switch and we were told that it will have to wait till Tuesday. Today is Saturday and we will be leaving on Monday morning. Seems that no inspection of premises was done before renting it out, otherwise all problems could have been solved before our arrival.
