CasaMavi offers a comfortable and modern two-room apartment measuring 55 square meters, located on the first floor of the Boldrini family home, which was renovated in 2023. The apartment is
completely self-contained and is accessed through a spacious and inviting porch; It has a separate entrance and consists of a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring every amenity (refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave), a double sofa bed, and satellite TV. The second room is a generously sized double bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom opens directly onto a bathroom with a shower and a small laundry area equipped with a washing machine.
Outside, guests can enjoy the large porch for relaxing moments or
outdoor meals. There is free public parking just a few meters away, or you can use the parking space in the courtyard, which is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles. A family-friendly atmosphere.
