The Maria 1977 vacation home is located in Salento, in the Santa Maria di Leuca area—specifically in Corsano—and boasts an ideal location on the Adriatic coast, about 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and a 15-minute drive from the Ionian coast, specifically the sandy beaches known as the “Maldives of Salento,” including Torrevado and Pescoluse.

Within the property, we have an independent apartment located in a bright and cool basement, consisting of two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a shower stall, and a dining room for 4–5 people.

It is located within the Costa Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Coastal Nature Park, a protected area along the Salento coastline, characterized by olive groves, Mediterranean scrub, and high cliffs overlooking the sea.

The sea is just a few minutes’ drive away: discover the beauty of staying in enchanting settings, among olive trees and centuries-old carob trees, 3 km from the sea at Marina di Novaglie and Marina Serra.

LOCATION

The Maria 1977 vacation home is located in Corsano, about a 90-minute drive from Brindisi Airport, 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, and 16 km from the beaches of the “Maldives of Salento.”

Corsano is a small, quiet town 3 km from the sea, ideal for lovers of swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing, fishing, walking, cycling, and more. The coastline can be explored by swimming, kayaking, or taking a guided boat tour to discover the marvelous natural sea caves that adorn this stretch of coastline.

The apartment is situated on a property that includes the house, an outdoor veranda, a lawn garden with a gazebo and a sunbathing area, and private parking on the street or on the property within the gated driveway.

THE PROPERTY

The house features a bright and cool basement level and has been recently renovated to ensure comfort; it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a shower stall, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The Salento4 apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4–5 guests; a fifth guest can be accommodated in the master bedroom by adding a single bed.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
There is one master bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed); for the fifth person, a small bed can be added to the master bedroom or, if necessary, a crib.

LIVING AREA

The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and the patio overlooking the lawn.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with cabinets, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, silverware, trays, pots, pans, and glasses).

The living room also features a relaxation area with satellite TV and a dining table.

The Maria 1977 vacation home is designed for year-round living, staying cool in the summer and warm during the colder months of the year.

OUTDOOR AREA

The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you’re relaxing or reading a book under the umbrella—complete with a table and chairs—or on the
lounge chairs, hosting outdoor lunches and dinners, or better yet, enjoying a delightful aperitif on the terrace with its large table while admiring the view of the lawn.

VERANDA - BARBECUE AREA – LAWN – SUNBATHING AREA – PRIVATE PARKING

The gazebo on the LAWN was built to allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area features a beautiful wood-fired grill for hosting a delicious barbecue.
