The staff was very helpful getting someone to fix our HVAC unit since it sounded like rocks tumbling in a can . We had very difficult time sleeping, with all the noise. Someone worked on it but it was still quite noisy, never slept uninterrupted. In our 4 day stay the hall and elevator carpet was not vacuumed. I don’t expect we’ll be back.

Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was good too. The place smell musty. Like too many air fresheners . Carpets are in need of care. The beds are uncomfortable. There wasn't any amenities in the room. We booked the room on line. I probably would have paid more for a fresher comfortable room. We were stuck with the room.

Rooms weren’t ready receptionist was the only one. she is the one that had to just go change out the sheets on the beds. Room was not clean. No housekeepers. They should notify before if rooms are not going to be available.

Our refrigerator had food left in it the toilet paper roll was empty when we got in our room our door was locked from the inside so we had to wait for maintenance it says roll in shower and definitely wasnt our bathroom had no soap to wash hands the coffee maker at breakfast was broken the downstairs bathrooms at the breakfast area was nasty the breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and bacon that literally crumbled and the milk for the cereal was out of date

The room was clean. Unfortunately, there was no water pressure in the sink or shower. The shower head was clogged which left minimal pressure. There was no extra toilet paper a what was available was a small amount. Luckily, we were not in room majority of the time. They need better curtains to cover window. Unable to sleep due to all the light coming in.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also enjoyable, and the location is convenient, being close to several fast food places and a pharmacy. However, the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing. I found other people’s belongings behind the nightstand, the phone wasn’t plugged in, and the TV was broken. The shower had visible mold, the mirrors were dirty, and there were spiderwebs in the room. Some tiles were missing, the walls had stains, the couch was ripped, and the remote was missing its battery cover. Overall, while I appreciated the comfortable bed, breakfast, and location, the room itself needs much better cleaning and maintenance.
