The condo offers a private boat ramp, and also slips to tie up the boat. No boat not a problem fish from our 1000 ft lighted pier. Fishing not your style got a pool to cool off on those hot summer days. This unit requires stairs to enter and then has stairs inside

Me and my family had a great stay. Only thing is we wish it would’ve had a bbq pit and the ac is on a schedule so during the night it would change and we’d wake up hot. Other thank that the location was great. We will be back!
