*Fully Renovated* This two bedroom 1st floor condo has numerous upgrades throughout including reserved parking access to workout center and community pool. TV's in each room and your own private WIFI network. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bath has been updated to a walk in shower. Two additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there's also brand new appliances, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher! We do 100% I.D check and do not allow underage 25 booking or over 25 book for under age.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. The property was great. It’s so very close to the beach! We had everything that we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner each night. We had beach towels available to us. The location can’t be beat!

This is our favorite place to stay down here. Walk to the beach, great pool, great hot tub. Everything is well stocked in the condo. Washer and dryer in the condo are a huge thing for us. Communication is excellent with the host and we always have a great time. We have booked this place before and wont stay anywhere else!
