This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is beautiful and spacious with 1900 Square feet. When you walk into the front entryway you will find a large bedroom on the left with 2 Queen beds and a full bath. This is a great place for the kids to hangout. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed an unsuite bath. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms that share a bath. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other two twins. There is a large patio out the side door and a small grassy area in the back of the house. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious. You do need to make some repairs to items like kitchen faucet was loose and the kitchen sink is leaking under the cabinet. Floors could use a good scrubbing.

Family fun

We rented this house as supplemental housing during the 4th of July as 15 of my family came to Rockport for our traditional 4th holiday with my father-in-law. House was new and clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice and quiet, location was safe and great for bay walks on Fulton Beach Road.

Great location

Two families of 4 shared this house for a long weekend at the beach and it was the perfect home base for us! Short drive to rockport beach and also walking distance to park, coffee shop and other restaurants. The pool was an added bonus!

We had a great stay at Under the Sea! The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. Only recommendation is that coffee mugs and a BBQ pit be made available for guests. We had to purchase disposable coffee cups and a small BBQ pit (which we left for future guests). Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Very Homely and Inviting

The house was super nice and homely. Easy access to where we needed to go. The pool was super nice and the water temp was perfect. The only negatives were there was no broom and dust pan, there wasnt an info packet and we didnt receive the address until an hour before checkin... Overall it was a great experience and will be renting again renting from Rockport Escapes again
