The house features an entire space with four bedrooms, five beds, and two full bathrooms. This adorable property includes 1 king bed, 1 twin bed, 1 child bed, and 2 queen beds, perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. -Place used towels into woven basket in the guest bathroom and bedding near/in the washer to be washed. -Clean dirty kitchenware and cookware. -Clean grill if used.
-Take all trash outside to the trash/recycling bins on the right side of the house. -Turn off all lights, fans, air vents and appliances. -Check the house for any belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Golf Trip!

Stayed at the Greenhouse Effect for a boy's golf weekend. Not only eas the place perfect for us but conveniently located in the city. The owner, Megan, was phenomenal and quickly answered our questions! It's a must stay

Green house bums

It was so easy to get in house but hard to leave we had such a comfortable stay the house was so a at home feel stores like blocks away just an amazing stay overall

Unfortunately, while we had access to the fenced back yard the weeds impeded it actually being useable. Apparently the lawn is mowed on Friday. We checked in on Tuesday and left on Friday, the weeds were 8-10” high throughout the back yard. No exterior lights except for a few sad solar pathway lights kept us from safely moving in the backyard at night. Nightly “palmeta” bugs in the master bedroom, expected but still surprising. Overall, an okay place to sleep.
