Great location for beach getaway

Had a family vacation for the weekend at the beach. Easy access and parking for condo. All information for check in and check out was listed on our account and email. Perfect walking distance for the beach and a quick drive if you want to bring beach items to stay for the day. Condo was a great location between the beach and all the local shops and restaurants around town. It was also very clean and had everything you needed for cooking and laundry. Highly recommend it!

Smelled like cigarettes...

Location was great, but upon entry into the unit there is an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. I specifically looked for a non smoking unit, and this is listed as non-smoking, but it's obvious that there's been smokers in this unit. Also, the overall cleanliness of the unit should have been better, the floor was sandy, and left your socks or feet dirty after just a short time of walking around. Overall ok, but the cigarette smell was hard to get over- would not recommend unless they do a deep/deep clean and get rid of the tobacco smell.

The property is very close to Whitecap Beach, great area, serene and everyone observed quiet time as indicated. The unit was very clean, the check in/out process was seamless and the unit was equipped with all of the things we needed to use. They no longer make up the top bunk's sheets so you have to put it yourself - not a dealbreaker whatsoever, just setting that expectation. The unit has thin walls so you can hear people flushing the toilet from the unit above us. It was overall a pleasant experience and I will recommend and stay again.

Great place and close to the beach

Over all very good. The pool was closed for the first 24 hours (electrical issues) and the people above us were noises at times in the night. They had small kids so understandable to some degree but everything else was great. Thank you

Mosquitoes a big problem here!

Walked in to a room that had alot of mosquitoes! We were not prepared for this situation and the two babies I had immediately got bit! It was horrible! Everyone had to quickly start killing mosquitoes! As soon as you walked outside you were immediately attached! Take your spray and spray yourself PRIOR to getting off! Craziness! We couldn’t even enjoy ourselves because of this!

Great home, great location, great neighborhood. Check in and Check out process was smooth and hustle free. Loved the home decor, pool and beach access. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. We will most definitely come back!
