MAIN LIVING SPACE: This charming home feature two living areas one up, one down. The primary gathering space on the first floor combines the well-appointed chef’s kitchen with eat-in dining area that overlooks the living room. The dining table offers a mix of upholstered chairs and bench seating. Relax on the spacious, sectional sofa or sink into plush chairs as your crew enjoys movies or a big game on the flat-screen TV. At the top of the stairs, another den offers a spacious sectional and flat-screen TV. Multiple porches and balconies invite you to bask in the Gulf air and beach breezes.

SLEEPING QUARTER: Guests can choose from two primary suites, one downstairs with a king-size bed and one upstairs with a queen bed. Another upstairs queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the bunkroom, which has two twin-over-twin bunks. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

GREAT FEATURES: Grill the day's catch on the gas grill under the shady pergola, just beyond the back door. A rear entry mud room offers a place to stash beach gear and a laundry area. Your stay includes all community amenities: a beautiful beach manicured daily, movies on the lawn, s'mores night, and more. The Cinnamon Shore Rentals Office can point you toward a variety of optional activities and experiences, including local excursions with fishing trip vendors, shopping areas, and golf cart rentals.

AMENITIES: At North, resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes with a fishing dock, cozy fire pits, a fully equipped fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape. The vibrant Town Center brings the community together with events, activities, and live music throughout peak season and on holiday weekends.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
