Welcome to a fully remodeled 2 bedroom condo on the prime 7th floor offering ideal views of the gulf and beyond. This unit has not been in the rental pool since remodeled after Hurricane Harvey.
As you enter the living room there is a dining room for six along with comfortable seating in front of the 65" TV. Also, there is low seating in the front corner for ideal views to the south. The brand new sofa provides a fold out option for additional sleeping options.
The Master Bedroom is fully appointed with a king size bed and a 55" TV. The bathroom has been totally updated with a walk in shower.
The Second Bedroom is fully appointed with a queen size bed and a 55" TV. The bathroom has been fully updated with a tub/shower combination.
