Overall all our family of 4 enjoyed the condo and experience. Yes, there is a new private home being build in front of this unit but it only obstructs part of the view and still have a large enough view that we didn't mind it. The angle of the patio helps. Being on the first floor you don't see the beach due to the dunes but you can see the ocean still. The construction was louder from Sandcastle from the opposite side of the complex than anything we heard from the private home. Two things in the condo we didn't like was the wifi was not reliable and didn't work at all on the patio. This was an issue because cell service didn't work very well either (Verizon). The second was the bathroom. Given the size and space of the unit the bathroom was small and the shower has a drop in which made it very narrow. For any wide shoulder people this is an obstacle. Not a deal breaker but they should have built a nicer walk in shower and get rid of tub and plastic drop in.

Check in process was easy. The elevator was not working so we had to carry all our things and a baby up two flights of stairs. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but the construction was right there and definitely detracted from the experience. The pool was clean and family friendly which was great. The walk from the hotel to the beach, while short, is not stroller or wagon friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware which was really nice. Overall we had a great time and a much needed reset! My son loved it and can’t wait to go back.
