Location & view were fantastic, ability to include another family and have their own separate wing of the house was a great option to have. Pool was great, but my only wish would have been if it could have had a heater option to pay extra for since we came in early spring it was ice cold. Communication with management was so quick and easy, and truly appreciated as they resolved a few small things right away when we first arrived. All in all great trip, thank you!

I don't typically leave reviews for anything, but it felt right to do so after our experience at this location. Starting off the location is great, the views are fantastic and it's everything someone could want when visiting Port A. Arriving at the property, I was taken back by how big the house was and what our view would look like all weekend. But the reasoning for my rating are as follows - Walking inside we saw lighting fixtures hanging out of the walls going up the stair case. In the first floor apartment sliding shower doors did not work and there was a strange red substance on the shower walls...not entirely sure what that was but it looked like old blood, white towels were also stained with it. Electrical outlets did not work in many parts of the house, the place felt like it was just, there, not kept up with or maintained. The 3rd floor where 2 families were staying was extremely warm and stuffy, no matter the ac setting, we did contact the host and got a small fan to help with air circulation. Now onto the pool...there was trash all in the pool area, old bags, boxes, fishing reels, random junk & we kept finding random screws, nuts and stickers with large thorns on them on the pool floor, and all the kids had extremely cut up feet from the material around the pool. Last rant was just the fact that there were no paper towels, dish rags, trash bags, basic stuff that I would think would be in something that cost this much.

Great Location!

Our annual girls weekend with 12 of us this year. We rented golf carts, got to drive to the beach and to the nightlife! We loved the house, the space and the pool area. Only negative that I would say is the house is separate from the other level so a lot of us girls were split up but I think that might be a positive for some… LOL! My only other complaint would be that the kitchen trashcan was small so we had to change that trashcan at least twice a day. If that’s the only thing that I have to say negative about this place than it was pretty much a bad ass house! We will be back next year!

Very easy to get to beach. Very nice comfortable.

Big house very nice easy accessibility to beach. Make sure you rent golf cart ahead of time. We felt very safe we all slept well. The only thing Is pool lights need to be adjusted on timer. Loved pool was huge. We had great vacation!!! Can’t wait until next year.
