"Sand Angel" is Poolside and Across the Street From the Beach!

Sand Angel is one of only 5 units located poolside. Whitecap Beach is just across the street.

First floor is an open concept with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has seating for 7, a fold out sofa, and a large tv. The dining area has a table that seats 6 plus has a high chair. The kitchen has an oversized granite island and is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining including cooking pans, plates, cups and silverware. First floor also has a half bath and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Out the living room door, there is a fenced in patio with a picnic table and some additional chairs. The pool area is just outside the patio. Out the kitchen door are 2 reserved parking spaces.

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms plus a loft area. Master bedroom has a king bed, an attached full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool that also has a great view of the beach. Guest bedroom 1 has a king bed and guest bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a trundle bed. The loft area has a futon. There is a 2nd full bathroom by the loft area.

The pool area has a large salt water pool with lounge seating right in the pool along one side. A couple of picnic tables with charcoal bar b que pits are also located in the pool area.

This unit is located in a great area on the island. Close to the beach, near bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and a Dollar General for anything you might have forgotten to bring with you.
