Lovely lake view, located a short boardwalk away from the Neighborly family pool and playscape, plus all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore!
AMENITIES: Resort-style pools such as the Cabana Pool for ages 18+ and adjacent family pool with splash pad and bar and restaurant service; Neighborly Square pool and playscape; and new Glow Pool and Fitness Center. Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks, as well as pickleball and half basketball courts. Serene lakes and ponds with boardwalks and fishing and a community pier. Enjoy additional amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, located just a mile down the beach, including pools, restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING The second-floor main living area offers a window-lined, beautifully decorated central gathering space for entertaining friends and family. A well-appointed kitchen offers a gas range and stainless appliances as well as an outdoor grill-- everything you need for meal prep and eating. There is seating for eight at the large dining table and five on the large island. The large sectional and ottoman invite you to lounge, play games or watch a movie on the big-screen smart TV. If it’s quiet you want, step out on the balcony to sit and enjoy the lakefront view. A secondary den downstairs offers another gathering spot, great for the kids wanting to watch a Disney movie or those wanting to watch a golf tourney while everyone else hangs out upstairs.
