From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing... --This unit also has a private balcony off one master bedroom suite... Fabulous perks in a brand new, one-of-kind property.

EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 2400sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Two identical 1200sf units connected by a private entryway, sharing the entire UPPER floor, porch and deck of the Pigeon House. Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance AND you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us. Your family and friends will LOVE this place!
