The Big Nauti is located in town, within walking distance of the beach, with an outdoor pool oasis, large balconies, and vibrant coastal decor and charm inside this second-level home. The private backyard area offers options such as swimming in the private pool with a water feature and table, basking in the sun, enjoying a beverage under the Palapa, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, cooking up the day's catch on the grill, and eating/ gathering under the shaded area. Sip your morning coffee on the large back balcony in the Gulf breeze or catch a breathtaking sunset on the front deck. There is a full bath out by the pool. Step inside to the open, inviting living/dining/kitchen area with coastal touches carried throughout. Unwind on the plush couch, sofa, or vibrant accent chairs while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an island for prepping and basic pots, pans, and dishes for your cooking needs. Savor meals at the striking wood table and benches with seating for eight guests. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your use as well. The full hall bathroom is comprised of a vanity with a granite countertop and a tile-trimmed tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR1) is complete with a King bed, TV, closet, a chair for curling up and reading a book, and access to the back balcony. The bunk room (BR2) is perfect for kids with a set of Twin over Twin bunk beds, a Full over Full bunk bed, a closet, and a chair. This home is 0.4 miles from the beach and just blocks from restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
