The spacious living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and a side chair, complemented by a large screen TV—ideal for cozy movie nights with loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, ample counter space for food preparation, and a dining table that comfortably seats five, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.
On this level, you'll also find the primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bath for added privacy and convenience. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located here, making laundry a breeze during your stay.
Venture to the third level, where you'll discover another cozy living area furnished with a futon sleeper and another TV—perfect for a quiet retreat or extra sleeping space. This level also features two additional bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bath, ensuring that everyone has their own private sanctuary. Step outside onto the deck to take in the beautiful Port Aransas views, and climb the spiral staircase to reach the crow's nest, where you can soak in panoramic vistas of the area.
