With four bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests while offering privacy and comfort for multiple families or groups traveling together. Its open layout, large porches, and walkable access to nearby amenities make it an ideal setting for easygoing beach days, afternoon swims, and relaxed evenings with family and friends.
AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
