I believe some updates should be considered, shower faucet was hard to shut, the vanity sink had a slow drain, shower curtain had mold need to be replaced. My window unit AC had visible gunk flowing out to outside ground looked nasty. If those simple task would of been dealt with I honestly had given an excellent!

Don't know how safe, we didn't go out at night, BUT THE A/C WAS BLOWING WATER EVERY TIME THE BLOWER CAME ON. I TAKE A FALL IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP AND NOT KNOWING THE ATTIRE FLOOR WAS WET. OFFICE SAID IT WAS BECAUSE WE KEEP THE TEMPERATURE AT 76 INSTEAD OF 72 WHICH WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT WHEN CHECKING IN. WE ARE 70 YRS. OLD AND 72 IS TO COLD. BUT YOU COULD HERE THE WATER IN THE A/C EVERY TIME IT CAME ON.

The pet area is full of stickers and weeds. No doggy poop bags available. The floors stayed wet. Was told it was from the humidity but have NEVER had an issue at other motels in the SAME area. Trash can in parking lot running over with trash. Drug dealing and other activities happening in the parking lot. Marijuana being smoked and beer drinking out on walkway and picnic canopy area. Was not a safe environment.

As we walk in the floor was wet. Dangerous we had to walk catefully as not to slip. We were thinging moisture due to the a/c temperature not being high enough. I raised the temperature and dry by morning. But that was scary.

Was very clean and quite. One think i was not happy was the towels. Towels were small like for children and they felt dampen. Please work on gettig bigger towels.
