The first level is a kid's haven with two bunk bedrooms each with private bathrooms and deep tub/showers with two sets of twin bunk beds per room. A spacious den offers a large Smart TV and board games for movies or fun times after a busy day at the beach. Or you can sit on the expansive lakeside porch with panoramic views of the lake and community.

The second level offers even better views of the lake and pool from the wall to wall windows or the grand balcony with peeks of the Gulf and Bay. Sit in the lovely main living room and watch the game or just enjoy the togetherness and views. Prepare a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen; birthdays or holidays are a must with so much prep space. The large dining table for ten to twelve people and additional seating for four at the bar offers seats to the whole gathering. Once dinner is done a convenient laundry room with utility sink tucked behind the kitchen offers quick clean up for the day. On the same level are a queen suite with private bath and private balcony with community views and Gulf peeks. A second matching queen bedroom also with a private balcony has a shared bathroom for the main floor.
