I have been a loyal Holiday Inn Express customer/ IHG member over 10 years . I have stayed at many of these properties and have always been very satisfied with cleanliness, quality and friendly service.
This property has serious problems!!
It is NOT like the other IHG properties!!
A week before our trip we requested interconnecting rooms, Trisha said she would write it down in the notes. Unfortunately we were not granted our request.
We asked again at check-in, we were ignored!
We shrugged it off and just let it go.
We stayed at the property for 4 nights.
Day1- we return to our room that evening and the room was not cleaned at all!!
No clean towels, trash in containers from not being emptied, beds not made, etc.
We talked with Joe the person in charge that evening ( behind the counter) we asked him if rooms get cleaned everyday he said “Yes”.
We complained to him that no one had cleaned our room. He apologized and said he was sending an email to the housekeeping department. He got us fresh towels.
Day2- Room was semi clean
Day3-Room was not cleaned again! Trash was not emptied. We had to go ask for clean towels again from Joe. So frustrating!!
Day4- Check out day. No one at the front desk, we found this to be very odd!
Because that’s when the manager was going to be available.
Breakfast was a let down!!
Horrible experience, we will not go back to this location.
This location fell way below the standards of Holiday Inn Express!
