Internet was ridiculous….hardly worked at all some of the time and didn’t work at all most of the time. Room service was a farce…answering machine telling you no one available and to leave a message, but no room available in voice mail for any additional messages. Tried calling back for an hour and finally gave up with no dinner…again, absurd and beneath the quality of the holiday inn brand. Lastly, when for breakfast and signed the bill which only gave me the option to charge to the room vs putting it on a credit card and then went to check out and was told they couldn’t check me out until the bill was input from the restaurant. The front desk clerk called the restaurant to get them to put the charge on the bill and they didn’t respond. I told the front desk I needed to leave and they tried again…anyway, seemed odd I couldn’t check out seamlessly. Also I had no car and the front desk person asked me if I needed to pick up the car from the garage I assume to try to trick me into saying yes…when I said I didn’t have a car, he said yes, he could see I didn’t on the bill….so I wondered why he asked me about whether I needed to pull the car out of the garage other than to try to catch a customer in a lie…other than the above, the property is nice.
